Our Founder

Don Boatwright, P.E. Founder & President

Don Boatwright, P.E. is the founder and president of our company. He is a registered Civil Engineer and is licensed to practice engineering in California, Colorado, and Indiana. He previously held licenses in Florida and Texas but no longer practices engineering in those states. Mr. Boatwright holds certifications from the International Code Council (ICC) as a Building Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, and Mechanical Inspector. He actively participates in several professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Structural Engineering Institute, the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute, and the Seismological Society of America.

He has previously been appointed to the National Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association, presiding over more than two dozen cases related to construction disputes. These cases varied in complexity, encompassing both single-family residences and multi-million-dollar commercial projects, and covered properties built on private and government land. In addition, Mr. Boatwright has qualified as an expert witness within the construction industry.
